Client-only note

The app requires a login issued during onboarding. If you do not have access yet, start with Can’t Log In and then route the request through Support.

Checklist

  • Sign in
  • Enable notifications (if used)
  • Confirm you can view calls
  • Confirm escalation alerts are reaching the right role
