Can’t Log In

Quick checklist for login failures: wrong email, missing invite, or org security settings.

Client-only note

The app requires a login issued during onboarding. If you do not have access yet, start with Can’t Log In and then route the request through Support.

Checklist

  • Verify the invited email
  • Check for an invite email
  • Try resetting credentials if your org allows it

If You Were Added Recently

New access may require an admin invite or role assignment before data appears.

Escalate

If the issue persists, report it with device and account details so Support can verify your access.
