Report A Problem

How to report an app issue so it gets resolved faster: what details matter and what to include.

Client-only note

The app requires a login issued during onboarding. If you do not have access yet, start with Can’t Log In and then route the request through Support.

Include These Details

  • Your clinic name
  • Your login email
  • Device type + OS version
  • What you expected vs what happened
  • Approximate time of the issue

What Not To Include

  • Full patient identifiers in a public channel
  • Screenshots containing unnecessary PHI

Where to Send It

Use your existing customer support channel from onboarding, or the Support page to route to the right contact.
