Troubleshooting

Common client app troubleshooting: access, missing data, notifications, and login issues.

Client-only note

The app requires a login issued during onboarding. If you do not have access yet, start with Can’t Log In and then route the request through Support.

Start Here

  • Confirm you are on the right account
  • Confirm your role permissions
  • Confirm OS notification permissions

If Data Looks Missing

  • Your role may not have access
  • That workflow may not be enabled
  • It may be outside your retention window

If You Still Need Help

Use Support to route the issue with context: device type, email, and what you expected to see.
