Welcome to MedReception.ai. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including subscription plans, à la carte services, and any associated tools provided by MedReception.ai. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • Service refers to all offerings provided by MedReception.ai, including the website (www.medreception.ai), subscription plans, and à la carte features.
  • You refers to the individual or entity using our services.

2. SMS Communications and Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from MedReception AI regarding:

  • Appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Billing and payment reminders.
  • Promotional and informational messages (only with your explicit opt-in consent).

Opting Out: reply “STOP” to any message or email info@medreception.ai.

3. User Responsibilities

By using MedReception.ai, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your practice.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including HIPAA regulations.
  • Review and validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Pricing and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Annual subscriptions receive a 15% discount.
  • Additional charges for exceeding allotted minutes are billed at the specified rates.
  • All payments are due in advance.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for unused minutes or services. Canceling an annual subscription will not result in a prorated refund unless explicitly agreed upon.

5. Termination

MedReception.ai reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedReception.ai is not liable for:

  • Service interruptions caused by third-party providers or technical issues.
  • Miscommunication due to incomplete or inaccurate user-provided data.
  • Consequential damages, such as lost revenue or patient dissatisfaction.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services during the billing period in question.

7. “AS IS” Disclaimer

MedReception.ai provides services on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or website updates. Your continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law
