Will AI reception interfere with our existing Kareo workflows or automation?

No. AI schedules appointments using the same Kareo API your current integrations use. Appointment creation triggers the same workflows—provider notifications, patient confirmations, billing rules—as manual bookings.

Can we still export reports from Kareo?

Yes. All appointments written by AI appear in your Kareo calendar and reporting. You'll see AI-booked and staff-booked appointments together in your standard Kareo analytics and custom reports.

What if we already have a third-party phone system or Kareo's phone module?

AI reception can integrate with or replace your existing phone setup. If you're using Kareo's phone module, we work alongside it. If you have a third-party system, we can coordinate call handling and schedule sync.

Do we need to train our staff on anything new?
