No. Insurance details and policy numbers are captured during the intake call and uploaded to the MedReception portal. Staff review the information, verify coverage, and enter insurance into your EMR according to your workflow. This keeps sensitive data compartmentalized.

What about driver's license or photo ID?

Photo ID is captured during the call and securely uploaded to the portal. Staff download the image for identity verification and retention. The ID photo does not auto-populate your EMR.

Does the AI create clinical documentation in the chart?

No. The AI captures chief complaint, medical history, allergies, medications, and responses to custom questions on the call. This information is returned as a structured, pasteable summary.
