Multi-Site
Centralized phone line answers callers for all locations, routes based on preference or clinic capacity, and books into shared Acuity Scheduling with location-specific availability.
Patients don't need to know which location or remember different numbers. One main line, and the AI routes based on preference and availability.
If one clinic is fully booked, AI checks the next location and offers that slot instead. Reduces waits and fills your less-busy locations.
One Acuity account for all locations keeps your patient records and schedules unified. AI still tags appointments with the right location and provider.
Each location keeps its own direct number and extension for walk-ins or staff-to-staff calls. Main line just adds intelligence on top.

During setup, each location is configured as a resource or provider group in Acuity. When the AI books, it specifies the location so the appointment appears in the right sub-calendar.
Yes. The AI asks the caller for a preference. If they request a location, the AI checks availability there first. If fully booked, it offers alternatives with travel time or other locations.
That location's Acuity calendar is marked unavailable for that date. The AI only offers appointments at locations that are open. Calls can still be routed to another location or queued for callback.
Yes. The AI uses one intake template for all locations. If location-specific questions are needed (e.g., commute time, parking preference), those are added to the summary and staff reviews them.
During integration, you map extensions to locations. Staff at Location A has extensions 201-210, Location B has 301-310. When routing, the AI knows which extension to transfer to.
Yes. If Location A is too busy, the AI can queue a callback for Location B staff to handle, or route to Location B directly. This flexibility is configured per practice.
