Workflow
Capture pain history, medication list, and procedure readiness during the booking call. Return a structured summary to your staff for chart review and procedure planning.
Staff and providers have pain history, medication list, and procedural readiness documented before the patient checks in. No time wasted re-asking questions during the visit. Procedures can start on time.
Providers know the patient's pain pattern, prior treatment response, and imaging status during the booking call. They can confirm procedure appropriateness and alert the patient to any prep changes. No cancellations due to missing imaging or failed prep.
Allergy and medication history are captured by the AI and reviewed by staff before the patient arrives. Anticoagulant and antiplatelet medications are flagged. Drug interactions are caught and communicated to the clinical team.
Structured intake is timestamped, dated, and logged in the MedReception system. It serves as evidence that patient history was obtained before the procedure. Staff can file it into the chart as a pre-visit summary.

Provider has full context before patient arrival
The AI asks: When did your pain start? Where is it? How severe (0–10 scale)? Have you had any procedures for this pain? What medications are you taking? Do you have any allergies? Have you had recent imaging? Have you taken aspirin or blood thinners? Have you fasted as requested? These questions are customizable per your practice.
The summary is returned to your staff as a structured text document with each question and answer clearly labeled. Staff review it for accuracy and completeness. They then file it into the patient's EHR as a pre-visit note or attachment. Providers can pull it up before the procedure.
The AI asks for the medication bottle label, dose, and frequency. If the patient doesn't have it, the AI notes that and your staff can follow up. The summary flags missing medication details so clinical staff can gather it at check-in or via phone.
The AI captures allergy, medication, and symptom information. It does not make clinical decisions. It flags relevant information (active anticoagulation, recent infection, uncontrolled pain) in the summary for your provider to review and confirm procedure safety.
The AI asks if the patient has had recent imaging and where it was done. It does not retrieve images or reports. Your staff will need to follow up with the patient or imaging center to obtain the actual studies for provider review before the procedure.
