Scheduling
Multi-location Fresno practices struggle with routing calls to the correct clinic and managing overlapping schedules. AI reception books callers to the nearest location or preferred provider, coordinates all appointments across locations, and eliminates double-bookings.
A caller asking for 'the closest Fresno location' gets the right clinic name, address, and next-available time—all without a transfer. The booking lands in that clinic's schedule. No double-bookings, no caller frustration.
If a returning patient prefers Dr. Chen at the northeast clinic, the AI remembers and books them there. If Dr. Chen is fully booked, the AI can offer Dr. Patel at that location. Specialty-based routing is built in.
Every booking across all Fresno locations flows into your analytics dashboard. You see utilization, no-show rates, and booking sources by location in real-time.

The AI asks for the caller's zip code or preferred location. If the caller has booked before, the AI remembers their history. You can also set rules—e.g., all pediatric calls go to the downtown clinic, all ortho to the north location. The AI routes accordingly.
The AI offers the next available slot at any location and lets the caller decide. If a waitlist is enabled, the AI can add them. Your staff can also manually override the booking if you want to flex capacity.
If your locations share one EHR (e.g., one Nextech account with multiple clinics), all bookings land in the same system. If each location has its own EHR, we can coordinate bookings to each separately, or consolidate reporting to a central view. Setup determines the workflow.
Yes. If a patient asks for Dr. Martinez and she's available at any of your locations, the AI offers those slots. If Dr. Martinez is fully booked, the AI can suggest the next opening or a similar provider at the patient's preferred location.
The AI can add callers to a waitlist if all slots are full. Your staff manages the waitlist (per location or system-wide) and calls patients if openings appear. You control whether the AI offers same-day, next-day, or any-available options.
