Check your carrier invoice
Log into your phone provider portal or grab the latest invoice. The top of page one almost always lists the carrier (Spectrum, RingCentral, 8x8, Vonage, etc.).

Look at the handset or softphone
Most desk phones display the carrier on the boot screen. If you use a desktop or mobile softphone, open settings → About to see the VoIP brand.

Call the DID from your cell
Dial your main line from a cell phone and let it ring once. Many auto-attendants announce the carrier in the pre-connect audio or on the caller ID preview.
