Victoria AI

Victoria AI captures patient history and symptoms, returns a structured summary your staff files in the EMR

Victoria AI conducts intake calls—asking about medical history, current medications, allergies, and presenting symptoms—then returns a structured, pasteable summary for your clinician to review and file. No manual transcription, no missing details.

How it pays back

Clinicians see structured, complete histories before the visit

Victoria has already asked about prior surgeries, current medications, and allergies. Your clinician walks in with a full picture, not a blank template.

Faster chart prep, zero data-entry delays

Staff paste Victoria's summary into the EMR in one action. No retyping, no manual extraction from voicemail or email. Visit prep time drops.

Specialty-specific intake templates reduce errors

An orthopedic intake asks about prior surgery and imaging; a psychiatric intake asks about medication compliance and mood. Each specialty gets the right questions.

Staff remain in control of the medical record

Victoria summarizes; your clinician reviews and signs. Clinical documentation remains a human responsibility—Victoria just does the data-gathering legwork.

Structured intake summaries

Chief complaint, HPI, PMH, medications, allergies, ROS—all captured

Pasteable into your EMR

Staff review and file; clinician validates before signing

Specialty-configured questions

Intake templates customized per orthopedics, psychiatry, dermatology, and more

Zero clinical auto-population

Medical judgment remains with your clinician; Victoria provides structured data only

Frequently asked questions

Does Victoria auto-populate the clinical note?

No. Victoria captures intake responses and returns them as a structured summary. Your staff pastes the summary into your EMR, your clinician reviews it, and then signs the clinical note. Clinical documentation is never authored automatically.

What if a patient gives an incomplete answer?

Victoria notes incomplete responses in the summary. Staff and clinicians see 'Patient declined to report medication history' or 'Allergies: not asked.' Your team can follow up during the visit or by phone.

How does this work with new vs. established patients?

New patients: Victoria conducts full intake (history, meds, allergies). Established patients: Victoria verifies current medications and allergies, asks about new symptoms. Each is customized in Victoria's configuration.

Can I customize the intake questions for my specialty?

Yes. Work with your medical director and Victoria's team to define the questions. Orthopedic, psychiatric, dermatologic, and other specialty templates are pre-configured and customizable.

What if the patient's history contradicts their EMR?

Victoria flags discrepancies in the summary. If the chart says 'no drug allergies' but the patient reports PCN allergy, your staff and clinician see both and reconcile before the visit.
