Deployment
Concierge practices want fast, reliable implementation. Learn how AI receptionist setup works: integration with your PM system, call training, staff handoff, and go-live.
Implementation typically takes 2–4 weeks. Your practice management integration is the primary work; everything else is configuration. You go live with AI answering calls while your staff gets comfortable with the new workflow.
We train your team, not the other way around. Staff learn to work with the AI summaries and escalations. The AI augments your staff workflow; it doesn't replace their role or require them to learn a new system.
Your practice rules are built in from day one. Member-specific preferences, insurance verification processes, and urgent escalation criteria are all configured before launch, so the AI handles your workflow, not a generic one.
After launch, your team has real call data. We review common issues, refine triage rules, and improve handling based on your actual member call patterns. The AI gets smarter every week.

We need your practice management system login (read-only), your appointment types, provider list, office hours, and urgency triage rules. We also need to hear recorded calls or examples of how your staff currently handle calls so we can match your voice and policies.
Yes. We support 13+ major EMRs and practice management systems. We pull your current appointment availability and member demographics directly from your system. New appointments and patient demographics (name, DOB, phone) sync back automatically; call summaries and intake information are returned as structured, EMR-pasteable summaries for your staff to review and file.
We build those into your configuration. For example, if members with active prior auth requests get routed to a specific staff member, or if certain appointment types require insurance verification before booking, we configure that rule so the AI handles it correctly.
Yes. We provide a testing period where you and your staff call the AI, listen to how it handles your members, and give feedback. We refine based on your input before going live to all member calls.
You can. Some practices start with business hours first to build confidence, then add after-hours after 1–2 weeks. Others go live with both. We recommend starting with business hours so your staff can get comfortable with the new workflow before after-hours escalations.
