Concierge & DPC Calls

Members Call About Results the Day They Land

Membership panels order broad testing and members watch the portal. Capture the result question, verify identity, and route it to your physician.

How it pays back

Broad Panels Generate Questions Before You Have Read Them

Membership medicine often includes an extended annual panel and advanced testing, and portals release results to the member automatically. The call arrives when the member reads a flagged value, not when the physician sits down with the report. Capturing that call properly is what keeps the member from filling the gap with a search engine.

Identity Before Anything Else

No result is acknowledged as existing until the caller clears the verification rules you wrote. On family and employer memberships, where a spouse or a parent may sit on the same account and pay the same invoice, the rules can be set separately for each adult member.

The System Says Nothing About the Result

It does not read values, quote ranges, describe a result as normal, or tell a member not to worry. It records the question and routes it to the clinician your protocol names. Everything a member hears about what a result means comes from your physician, which is the conversation they are paying for.

The Promised Callback Is Tracked, Not Remembered

Every result question becomes a structured task carrying the member, the test, the question and a confirmed callback number, so the conversation your membership promised has an owner and a due time rather than living in someone's head until the member chases it.

Under 1 second to answer

Result calls cluster the moment a portal release goes out, and every line answers at once

Unlimited concurrent calls

A batch of results released to the panel does not create a hold queue

HIPAA BAA included

Identity checks, transcripts and result-related notes encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS in transit

Frequently asked questions

Can the AI tell a member their result is normal?

No, under any configuration. It does not read values, quote ranges or characterise a result in any way. It confirms only what your practice explicitly permits, such as that a result has been received and is with the physician, and it routes the question to the clinician you named.

How is the caller verified?

Against the identifiers your practice chooses, applied before any result is acknowledged. If verification fails, the system follows the fallback you wrote, whether that is a callback to the number on file, a message for staff, or a request that the member use the portal.

A member's spouse is on the same family membership and calls about their results. What happens?

Each adult member is verified individually. Being named on a shared membership or paying the invoice does not authorise access to another adult's results. The system applies the authorisation you recorded for that specific member and routes anything outside it to staff.

Can it tell a member whether results are back yet?

Where a read-back integration exists for your system, yes, within the limits you set. Otherwise it captures the question rather than guessing, because a wrong answer either sends the member to the portal for nothing or implies a result exists when it does not.

What about a result our physician insists on delivering personally?

Flag the test or the member accordingly and the call routes straight to the physician's queue with no intermediate handling and no message offered. A small panel is what makes that level of control workable in practice.

Where does the captured question go?

To the destination your team already works: an EMR task or telephone note, a clinical inbox, or a structured summary. Delivery is available through API or FHIR for supported systems and through secure workflow automation elsewhere, with custom integration available.
