Patient health information is kept only as the practice's service needs it, such as call records, transcripts and voicemail summaries, and is handled under our Business Associate Agreement. Our AI agents operate on a minimum-necessary basis and do not repurpose PHI for training or marketing.

All call data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and encrypted at rest using AES-256. Infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2-certified cloud providers with continuous monitoring.
