Delete Your MedReception AI Account

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
2. Include the email address tied to your MedReception AI account and, if applicable, the practice name or organization ID associated with the account.
3. Our team will acknowledge the request, verify your identity, and keep you updated as we process the deletion.

We begin processing immediately and complete deletion within 7 business days after we verify ownership of the account.

Data that will be deleted

Once your request is confirmed, the following data is permanently removed from our active systems:

• User profiles, login credentials, and authentication tokens
• AI workflow configurations, prompts, and automations associated with your account
• Stored contact records, uploaded documents, and voicemail/call metadata
• Practice-facing dashboards, schedules, and any saved responses or templates

Data that may be retained

Certain limited records must be retained for compliance, tax, or security obligations. Those records are never used for marketing and are automatically purged once the retention window expires:

• Billing and transaction records — kept for up to 7 years to satisfy financial, legal, and audit requirements.
• Security/event logs tied to the deletion request — retained for 90 days to prevent fraud or unauthorized access attempts.
• Aggregated and de-identified analytics — stored without identifiers to improve service reliability; this data cannot be linked back to your account.

Confirmation & timeline

After we finish deleting the account data, we send a confirmation email summarizing what was removed, the date of completion, and any records that remain in retention (with their expiration dates). If additional verification is required, we will contact you using the email included in your request.
